Hi, I am Cecile, founder of Boost My Day, certified yoga teacher and mindfulness trainer. I know from my own experience in the corporate world, how hard it can be to release tension during or after a day of work. Painful and tight shoulders, trouble with sleeping and a full and worried mind. Not being aware of the tension building up in your body and mind and because of that not being able to release when needed, can result in serious mental and physical problems. Yoga and mindfulness have helped me to become more aware of how my body and mind works, to find new energy and to let go of what is no longer needed. With Boost My Day I want to share the (scientifically proven) benefits of yoga and mindfulness in a down to earth and practical way in order to help you and your team find more happiness at work and in life.

Ik heb een aantal lessen gevolgd bij Boost My Day. Tijdens de lessen was er veel persoonlijke aandacht voor de deelnemers bij de verschillende yoga poses. De lessen zijn uitdagend genoeg om grenzen te verkennen, maar de lessen gaan hierin nooit te ver. De relaxte sfeer die wordt gecreëerd met muziek is ontzettend fijn. Ik geniet altijd veel van de bedrijfsyogalessen van Cecile. Ze combineert nieuwe houdingen met houdingen die ik herken van haar vorige lessen. De lessen van Cecile zijn toegankelijk voor mensen van alle niveaus. Binnen ING volgen we de yogalessen in de ochtend voor de start van de werkdag. Het helpt ons de dag relaxed te starten met positieve energie. Na de yogalessen van Cecile voel ik meer ruimte in mijn lichaam en hoofd.

Zelf heb ik weinig ervaring met yoga en zit ik vaak vast in mijn hoofd. Als beginner kan ik de Boost My Day yogalessen goed volgen. Ook ben ik tijdens de yogalessen uit mijn hoofd en zit ik echt in de yoga flow. Na een Boost My Day yogales voel ik me energiek en kan ik me makkelijker concentreren op mijn werk.
